This unique community of studio and one-bedroom apartments is in the middle of a great little neighborhood called "West Seattle's Friendliest." It offers all the freedom of a single-family home–without any of the work! Your rent at Admiral Heights includes three meals a day, weekly housekeeping and linen service, all utilities, except telephone and 24-hour assistance from our professional staff. Plus a host of interesting and fun activities directed by our on-site active living director.

Our assisted-living services focus on nurturing residents to help them reach their maximum potential. Our staff fosters independence, not dependence, and is sensitive to the individuality, privacy and freedom of choice our residents are entitled to. Just what is Anytime Dining? Exactly what it says. You dine on your own schedule, whether you're a morning person or a sleep-til-nooner. Whip up snacks or meals in your kitchenette anytime you like. Or come to the dining room for three delicious meals a day, included in your rental rate, and choose from a full menu of delectable dishes served by our expert waitstaff. Drop in any time between 7:30am and 7:00pm to accomodate your schedule.
